A human data-driven art experience

Project and data design for Roma nel Mondo, the first urban planning exhibition dedicated to the city of Rome, hosted at MAXXI and curated by Ricky Burdett, developed in collaboration with the London School of Economics.

The project is built around a deeply data-driven visual identity, grounded in scientific research and urban analysis. Rome is observed, measured, and compared with other global metropolises through rigorous data systems and large-scale visualizations.

At the same time, data is never treated as something abstract. Through artistic, spatial, and installation-based interventions, we turned information into a physical and human experience. Data becomes space, material, light, and movement — something to walk through, perceive, and feel.

The result is an exhibition language that balances analytical precision with emotional engagement, transforming urban data into a tool for storytelling and collective imagination.
